Okay, two days ago I wasn't able to use third person view anymore. Now I am unable to use "Wait". Why does this keep happening?!?!

Well since no-one here are mind-readers maybe you could post your specs, platform, specific issues and things like that please

I am on a Xbox 360 console. Issues have been told, I cannot go into third person or use wait. Everything is also on default. I tried changing the controls, and changing controllers, but nothing worked.
