I found out about ranmir's old girlfriend wich many think left him, then at some point i found a cave where her was rested, i found a letter and gave it to him... he said he had some thinking to do. Now keep in mind that i did not go to Vex to get the quest to find her in that cave, i found it by accident and later on i discovered there was actually a quest for it...

So does it make any difference? Does ranmir change is drunken state even if i did not have the quest before handing him the letter?

Edit: i can't find him anywhere! Don't tell me he went after her after all that... just to end up dead too

Never mind i just found out from another source on youtube that if you give the letter to ranmir before having the damn quest he'll vanish from the game forever... FFS everytime i have to find something stupid wich makes me wanna restart the damn game.
