What is the equivalent of http://www.creationkit.com/AddScriptPackageor http://www.creationkit.com/RemoveScriptPackage(from Oblivion & Fallout)? I have been looking through the http://www.creationkit.com/Category:Papyruspage and I cannot find anything that is like it. Judging by the wiki, it only exists as a Console command but not as a script function. Seems a bit crazy to me, unless there is an equivalent that I've overlooked.

EDIT: So if it exists as a console command, it shows it is in the game still - just like other hidden commands like IsRidingHorse (As a Condition) is in the game, but not as a paprus function.
