What kind of character are you in Skrim?

Post » Thu Jun 07, 2012 3:10 am

What is your role in Skyrim as a class?

My very first character was an Orc warrior, I got to level 37 and decided to delete him. I completed the main quest and the companion questline as well. Oh, and I bought a house in Whiterun and did plenty of exploring.

The other day I created a Breton mage. I'm only level 5 right now and I joined the College of Winterhold. I never played as a mage in Oblivion or Morrowind, so far I really enjoy it.

Nord Ranger. Uses light armor, 2 handed swords, bows, and daggers. Can sneak and fight toe to toe depending on the situation, but he prefers to sneak if he can. Also proficient in alchemy.

Current character is an Orc Warrior who concentrates on Two Handed, Heavy Armour, Smithing and Enchanting. Shes done a bit of the MQ and the Companions questline and will probably side with the Imperials (either that or ignore the Civil War).

My new current character is loosely based off of Spartacus (Starz TV show). He is an Imperial named Darius, a former slave and an escaped Gladiator. He has just escaped execution and is wielding two Iron swords. He's agile and sneaky, and good with lock picking. Wearing Hide armour and a Novice Hood, he avoids Imperial patrols and tries to explore the new lands of Skyrim, finally free.

Sneaky thief. Loving it and spending a ton of time doing side stuff like sneaking into houses and doing guild quests. Honestly I have hardly even touched the main storyline. Everytime I go and try to do 1 quest im given like 5 other ones to do.

With my Orc warrior character I focused on two handed, heavy armor, smithing and archery. I also joined the Imperial Legion!

Nord. Originaly he was some kind of warrior, but sometimes magic helps a lot, so he became the Battle Mage. And now I want to complete thieves and dark brotherhood quests. It seems like my nord will be well developed in all aspects :))

Hired assassin, through and through. Though I'm thinking of starting a nord barbarian, with two handed, light armour, and no magic except enchanting.

Im a Nord warrior that has learned all the combat skills in the way of the warrior. I've got no interest in magic for this character though I have dabbled a bit in Conjuration as it is my favourite school as its a perfect support skill.

Redguard Battlemage. Helps out wherever it is needed. Thane of 3 holds, Arch-Mage of Winterhold, and great husband.

Dark Elf thief/assassin. Leader of both the Dark Brotherhood and Thieve's Guild. Will not hesitate to rob you blind, and kill you as you sleep, then socialize with neighbors the next day as if nothing happened.

Altmer Mage/Assassin. Pretty much retired from the Dark Brotherhood after taking over. Pretty much retired from Arch Mage too. Just questing and trying to save the world right now.

1. Nord Warrior - test character mostly, trying out everything. No RP. Joined Empire and Companions.
2. Altmer Summoner, Thalmor agent who turned against his own. RP-heavy character. So far in the ice until I can find a way to recruit Niranye as a companion...
3. Redguard dual-wield heavy trooper, created for the sole reason of testing dual wielding and alchemy. No RP. Joins Empire.
4. Altmer Destruction mage with a hint of alchemy. Medium RP. Joined College of Winterhold
5. Imperial Scout (Archery + Light Armor/One Handed). Joined Thieves guild and Empire, medium RP.

I used to have a Breton mage, but I ended up starting over because I forgot to give him a beard. I then made a Nord (light armor and two-handed attacks) and another Nord (pure mage). Next I plan on making a High Elf spellsword.

Born an Imperial. Good hearted as he helps the poor, has good attitude in all conversations, and hardly will rob or attack civilians. Though, he is a treasure collector and hoarder by blood. He will take any means to get more loot, as long as the victim doesnt know about it, and pay no mind to the latter if the price is right. While he loves to travel and explore, all to find the true story behind his involvement with Skyrim and the lore of TES, he does have to kill people. Whether for money or honor, he always has a reason for his victims. Never for sport. Though, he loves going on the hunt for various wild animals as a hobby.
Explores Skyrim and completes quests mainly as an Archer. All archery perks have been achieved, and tends to use stealth primarily in combat and exploring, as well as having the werewolf trait, he can get violently strong, as he also excels in two handed weapons. Very humble and curious still about his dragonborn ability, uses it only in dire instances. And restoration is his primary, and/or only, use of magic.
Sides with the empire in fighting off Ulfric's rebellion. Thane of Whiterun and Solitude, with property in each. Breezehome being his very first home, respectively. Very prestigious in the Thieves Guild. Apprentice in the Bards School, the Companions, and Winterhold College. Not known too well in Markarth and Dawnstar. Hes often visiting Falkreath and Riften, and exploring the rift.

Right now, I'm a Redguard (with awesome dreads) named Thoron Walker. :) He loves his steel mace and just recently started dabbling in magic and restoration spells - I'm only about 12 hours in and still hanging out in and around Riverwood, so he has a lot of growing to do . . . considering starting over with an elf, though!

Evaliir Srinna is a Breton mage and I think you made a good choice. I've been working on building her skills and they're coming along just as I'd hoped when I imagined her. After 300 hours, I'm nearing the point where I'll head into the Main Quest to see how her story turns out and I hope you're having as much fun with your mage. :)

My first character was a level 47 redguard female, she's sort of a JOAT, having perks spread across specific Warrior/Thief/Mage skills equally.
Deleted her today after I found that she was becoming a little too centralized in doing all the guild quests (I should have just stopped, I know).

Continuing on now with a level 33 argonian male nightblade. Currently completing town quests in a circular order (Falkreath, Markarth, Solitude etc.).
I joined the Bards College and when I've reached Winterhold, I'll join the College there as well. Also, I'm planning to join the Stormcloaks once again and the Dark Brotherhood. At the moment I haven't done any of the main quest apart from going to Riverwood. I'll most likely do it last at any rate.

I've got other characters, some far ahead, some low level. More test characters if anything and not really worth mentioning.

Main character: Bosmer, mainly a sneaky assassin. Completed all quests, explored everything, cleared all the dungeons. It's the character I'm going to use for DLCs and expansions.
2nd character: Imperial, jack of all trades. Indefinitely suspended, I'm not quite satisfied with him.
3rd character: High Elf, pure mage. The character I'm roleplaying right now while I wait for DLCs.

Just about all of my characters are a hybrid of thief, rogue, maybe battlemage, and maybe warrior with some small amounts of assassin added in. They usually are the kind of thieves who master the skill of lockpicking, and are extremely well versed in breaking into homes in broad daylight. They rarely sneak in battle unless the enemy is easy to sneak up on. While they lead criminal lifestyles, they are not shy about helping others. They enjoy going into tombs and really any place with plenty of loot.

They have a slimy nature to them due to them having such a silver tongue. They only use magic when they need to. They are usually very good merchants, as well.
