After the game goes gold they have to make a final version which they then have to put on million of disks, package them and ship them to just about every country in the world. Give them a month to do that

Im not complaining though, i wasnt expecting a follow up to fallout 3 to come out so quick.

Typically they use a month for promotion and things like that before a game comes out. They also have to ship the game out worldwide everywhere.

Nah, when new vegas comes out I'm revving up my doctor who reality bomb and destroying this reality while simultaneously transporting myself into the Fallout reality.

If the player in the Fallout reality you're going to doesn't have the Wild Wasteland perk, the Tardis won't be able to appear and you'll be stuck in limbo forever! Think of the risks, man!
