is it the same as oblivion character level 30 = best loot or is it a higher level now ?

I dont want to pick up the main quest again till i've hit the leveled loot cap

awesome 20 levels to go ...

wonder what i should level up now recently got level 100 destruction (like last night) i want to take desintegrate perk but i dont wnat everything turning into ash piles .... i barely use restoration only got it to 70 for necromage .-. currently working on enchanting but my level is currently too low to take any perks 77/80

It's level 46.

I think the highest leveld items are capped at level 46, but for some quest items you get the best version lower than this.
