also where else can a mage hood with fortify magicka 30 points spawn i accidently sold mine i just received from going into helgen a 3rd time .-. was training illusion with muffle but with 100 magicka its rather difficult to cast something that cost 110 (whats the lowest muffle will cost if i max illusion im hoping it will go below 100 but its currently level 50 illusion)

It's not leveled. You can go and do it at level 1 if you wish.

so theres no chance of stumbling across something like that sword in the thieves guild that ends up leveled ?

The novice assasin followers at Dawnstar sanctuary are highest leveled (100 max) followers you can get in the game, if that's any consolation.

Depends on the perks. You should always invest in Backstab, Deadly Aim, and Assasin's Blade.

But if you want to be a mass killer, then the Shadow warrior.

If you are an archer, you should get by with just Deadly Aim and a high damage bow.
