What magic school is the staff of magnus under

What School of Magic is the Staff of Magnus's effect considered? I want to know if I can reduce its cost by 100% using enchanting.

Didnt restoration use to have the absorb effects? Though i dont think you can reduce the cost by enchanting..

I don't think you can reduce a Staff's spell cost by enchanting. :spotted owl:
