What Mods Are Incompatible with the 1.6 Patch?

Now that the 1.6 patch has been publicly released, have any mods been found to be incompatible with it?

Any mod that edits vanilla dialog will cause all sorts of havoc.

The USKP is the most prominent example.

There are definitely dialog issues with the Unofficial Skyrim Patch, and perhaps any other mod which modifies dialog.
