i've been playing skyrim for the last 2 days and i came across somekind of glitch , here's what happened ;;

First i was doing 'The Forsworn Conspiracy' quest
then i entered somekind of sewer in markarth , and as i came back out some guycame up to me and said something about that i ask too much around (but that is ofcourse part of the quest)
and so i had a brawl with him and decided to use a shout for fun , but i hit a guard and soon enough i was fighting 7 guards or so.
(and after that i finished my quest)

but a few quests later i had to come back into the city again (where i was still wanted)
and because i didn't had enough gold to pay my bounty , i was set to prison (the mine prison , don; t know the name anymore)

then i got set free and continued my quest 'Hard Answers'
but then a while later i had to steal something for another quest , but the [censored] guards saw me again
and ofcourse they started a fight again
so i fought them and fled the city.
when i thought it was over i turned back , and they came up to me again
and i could not pay my bounty again , then when i chose the option 'to jail' , it glitched or something
because they could not take me to jail :s
and so the conversation repeats ofer and ofer again
and they keep saying ; you will rot in jail and never see daylight again and such things
but the still won't take me there :S

WHAT DO I DO NOW ?

(for the first time i'm really stressing out ofer a game. because my last save was in the beginning of the game , and the autosave is stuck on a point when guards are chasing me ,, and i don't wanna start all ofer again)

Yes this a known glitch. I think somebody has found a fix for it. I'm not sure what it is though
