**Major spoilers ahead**


**Seriously, you've been warned**


So, I'm nearing the end of a bunch of major quests in which, I presume, some serious s*** will go down. Specifically I'm referring to:

1. The main questline involving the dragons, the blades, etc.

2. The civil war questline in taking over skyrim (I sided with the Stormcloaks)

3. The Dark Brotherhood questline: assassinating the emperor.

My question is, will it make much of a difference what order I complete these quests in? For example, it seems like killing the emperor may have some consequences in terms of taking over Skyrim. Or am I wrong and they are all totally seperate? Even if they are, if you've finished these quests, is there a preferred order that you think makes the most satisfying narrative?
