I've been playing Skyrim for quite some time now and I am just starting to realize that there is still a lot that I haven't done! I've done most of the major things in the game. I've completed the Main quests up to Alduin's Bane. I've completed the Dark Brotherhood, Companions, College of Winterhold and all of the Daedric Quests. I've also completed some of the Civil War and many Misc and Side quests as well. Those are the main things that come to mind anyway. So if anyone knows of any kind of really good quests with a good plot, post them here so I can see if I see anything new.

Do them again, with a new character, following different tactics.

That's what I'm already doing. I just want to know of more quests. Nothing else.

I guess you're going to have to walk around and find stuff to do. It seems like you've done everything except for the Thieves Guild line. Are you Thane of every city yet? Have you bought all the houses? Go be a bounty hunter perhaps? I dunno.
