Imperial? Nord? Breton?

I'd say Breton, but thats just a guess based off my speculation that the DLC is based in High Rock.
But i still would've said Breton. Not blonde enough for Nord, not tan enough for Imperial.

Plenty of dark haired Nords in the game. Even dark skinned one's as well. I would guess he's a Nord, as I presume the DLC is based in Solthsteim, which is only inhabited by Nords and Dunmer.

Based on the facial texture, nord. Face shape looks breton, but I think that's because of the beard.
