What should Skyrim add in up coming DLC?

It would be nice to see Tayloring added to make all different sorts of cloth clothing in the game. I don't like the fact that all the best cloths come pre-enchanted.

Armor from different cultures. I'd really like to see some Dunmer armor.

There are mods that can remove said enchantments if you're on the PC, I can see your point if you're on a console but I don't think the whole point of a DLC should be Tailoring.
