What is that helmet and where can I get it? : V

As the topic suggests Im trying to find out what kind of helmet it is on the loading screen and where I can get one. The one I mean is NOT the Imperial Officers Helmet. Its the Silver on with the fully enclosed face plate and eye slits and the imperial dragon crest on the forehead. Its got a kind of grill section from the nose to the chin.

So yeah what is it and where can I get it from?

Just found one a couple days ago, I like it with steel plate armor.

Yeah, love that helm. It's on my Redguard that I created to look exactly like Gerald Butler's version of Leonidas.
