So recently I've just completed markarth main quest "Forsworn Compiracy" and I have hundred bounty for my head. Then I ran away to Karthwasten and live there for about three days.
And then I headed to Dragon Bridge when acrossed Broken Tower Redoubt outside area and save right there.
The odd thing happened when I've just reloaded on outside area of Broken Tower Redoubt. Until suddenly a guard came and wanted to arrest me.
WHAT THE HELL IS HE DOING OUT HERE?!!

If you're in the hold where you got the bounty the guards will spawn and try to take you to prision.since markarth is in the reach hold and so is broken tower redoubt they will attempt to arrest you.

Is that so?
The more odd things happened when every random NPC on the road are trying to kill me.

When i assassinated the woman that is about to get married I ran from solitude quickly and poof out of nowwhere guards spawn on me and attack me.

A guard is nothing.
I once found the Kynesgrove tavern holder all the way at Windhelm stables.
I rented a room from her and she trotted back home to 'show me to my room', so that took care of that

The poor maiden probably didnt get much customers, so she decided to do mobile advertising.
