Just courious really because I want to get to the highest level but I don't know what it is and how long would it take to get to the highest level

Level 81 is the highest you can get. It's when you level all skills to 100 - it's up to you how fast you do this.

Lets just say that it likely going to be 100 or more hours at least.

Yeah unlike TESIII/IV, there's a definitive max level, rather than a level determined by some choices made (such as waiting to use the Ohgma Infinitum on 100 stats, than before.)

Well I'm on level 52 and have already put 148 hours into the game if that tells you anything. I'm noticing that once I've mastered the skills I like most (one-handed, archery, enchanting, lockipicking) I'm having to do other things (block, two handed, conjuration) to continue the levelling up process. After hitting 50 it's taking much longer to level up.
