I need a screen effect for low Stamina. I would much prefer it is a script command, but I will use a magic effect if I must.
But I cannot find either anything that is like the Oblivion TriggerHitShader.

In Oblivion I used: TriggerHitShader 30

And this gave a really great BLURRED effect on the screen.

Oh, one last thing, is there a way to detect when an actor is crawling on the ground from low health?
