Smithing - I managed to haul back enough material to make ~200 dwarven metal ingots on my trip through the dwemer ruins in Markarth. When I made them all into dwarven bows I was well on my way to 100 smithing :P

The next one was enchanting. I made so much jewelery with all the silver/gold ore I found near Markarth, then enchanted them all with petty soul gems.

I would like my heavy armour/2H/block to get to 100 at some point, but they're really difficult to lvl up naturally when you're 1 shotting everything...

For me, it was Light Armor, which is odd since I originally wanted to make a mage.
wow you must get hit alot. onehanded was my first. i still dont have light armour at 100 and thats all ive ever used, its probably my own fault for putting a sheild in the way, then its smithing block, after that my highest are sneak speech and lightarmour. but the last three are like all 80s.
strangly my main character has over 150 hour in him yet so few lvl 100 skills, my lvl 25 mage is 100 in illusion and on the way in sneak and speech.

On my Dunmer Nightblade, it was Sneak. On my Nord Warrior, it was Block, then Heavy Armor, then Smithing. His Two-Handed is at 90, and his One Handed is at 88. Thinking about bringing his Light Armor up to 100 next to increase his Armor Rating in Werewolf Form.

Smithing. That skill levels way to quickly imho. If you regularly spend some time creating items and tempering them then it just rises through the roof.

The second was sneaking. But to be honest the character that skill reached 100 with sneaked nearly everywhere.

EVER, was alteration. My pure mage, but then I decided to make a mage with heavy armor, seems more efficient.

Light Armor.
Smithing is the easiest if you're trying to level up fast.
Alteration!?..HOW?

Not quite there yet but after completing all of the extra jobs in the thieves guild (over 100 of them!) then pickpocket is easily my fastest growing. In one guild its gone from 25 to 92 in a very short period of time.

Next its Marksman, Sneak and Alchemy, all in the 80's. I havent done much enchanting or smithing as i prefer to one shot from the shadows with poison.

I think on my next char i'll go more warrior and do the smithing and 2 handed route. Either that or i'll go pure mage

On my first it was either sneak or archery, possibly lockpicking. Second was either heavy armor, destruction, or one-handed. Third was conjuration, then destruction, then alteration.

Smithing. Second was enchanting. Third is probably going to be Alchemy. My Heavy armor and two handed are both up there, but quite a ways to go. The two handed would be higher but I used a one handed for soul snaring for some time, so my skill is divided.

Smithing. I really wanted to upgrade my Dawnbreaker sword. Next was Conjuration. 3rd was enchanting.

Sneaking is very easy to level up if you're also using Archery and the Sneak perk that boosts your bow damage if undetected. Potentially the first 2 times you shoot a guy will raise up both skills.
