Right I'm having some trouble remembering what this film is so I was hoping you guys could give suggestions as to what you think it might be!

From what I remember there are a bunch of people going through some sort of special forces training and whoever turns out to be the best candidate gets to be the "knock" or "noc" or something.

There's an interrogation scene where the lead male thinks he's been kidnapped but it is part of his training to see how long it takes him to break. Everyone breaks eventually but he breaks after 3 days locked up and thinks he's failed. The leader of the programme tells him he gets to be this special "knock" person and gets him doing a bunch of stuff that turns out to be rather evil. Eventually he finds out he was lied to and someone else was the knock and they thought he had left the programme. I think it ends with a whole bunch of laser sights on the evil leader and whatnot.

So any ideas?!
