What would you want in Fallout: NV DLC?

I wanna know what you would want to see, I hope I'm allowed to post this because as far as I know DLC has been confirmed. I'm not sure what they have planned but I know I would like more DLC's like point lookout or even better, something like the "shivering isles" (One of the best DLC's ever made) Anyways some locations I think it would be really cool to see is California because we have heard alot about in Fallout 3 and that the Enclave started there and of course the NCR. The hub would be pretty cool to see again too. Also maybe New Reno, we could take care of Mr. Bishop for that singer hiding in Novac. Either way I'm sure what they have planned will be really good and I cant wait to play them but this is something I think would be really cool. What locations would you like to further see in upcoming DLC?

1. Bring back the .32 snub, I miss it!

2. Give us a .22 pistol that isn't silenced, maybe little revolver or a smaller .22 auto.

3. At least put the guns in the back of Mick and Ralphs shop in the actual game. Being able to see them and not get them drives me nuts.

4. Put the generic version of This Machine back in the game.

In every DLC there should be:
New traits.
New perks (that gets added to the leveled list, not perks you gain through quests or implants)
New companions, one every other DLC should be enough. (Burned Man.)
New ingredients for reloading benches, workbenches and campfires.
New challenges and new challenge perks.
New special ammo types.
That all new weapons in the DLC gets added into generic NPC's in the main game. (Why? Cause I was pissed off that Outcasts never used the Gauss Rifle or Shock Swords after I opened the armory. Or that after The Pitt there was no escaped slaves with autoaxes or pitt raider scouting parties with infiltrators. I don't just want to use the new weapons I want them used against me as well.) ((Of course, only if it makes sense. I mean, if there is a one of a kind prototype weapon that I get then it would be really weird if Fiends started using it.))

Something i would really want to see is a sort of time-travel thing, like in OA if time travel seems too dorky. It's be great if you could play as a civillian in pre-war vegas when there's like the SAS of the chinese army attacking and every able-bodied man has to fight, so you get pre-war weapons and armour. I know this sounds a lot like OA, but the area would be completely different so it could end up being different. Just an idea though
