..and now you're stuck with an unmoddable version, as opposed to the PC version, which has Mods, fixes, and .ini files you can alter to help the problem. :shrug:
No, I still have the PC version. I don't care about mods anyway, as I think it ruins the gaming experience. I like to play the game as the developers intended and not mess up up with some peoples third party garbage. Unless of course I beat the game, then I will maybe use mods.

The micro-stutter drove me nuts in Oblivion, Fallout 3 and New Vega. Thankfully it's smooth as glass now.
