What do you do when you're feeling down?

Im feeling a bit down today and im wondering what everyone else does when they dont feel too good? Normally I try to listen to some upbeat happy music, but its not cutting it today...

Play TES. That always does it for me. That series is magical. Or I watch a favorite movie and relax.

Talk to friends. Play a game. Watch something funny. Sometimes I just listen to depressing music and wallow in the depression. I know that's not healthy, but I really don't care.

I sometimes talk to people, or play a nostalgic game. I usually just hold it in though, and forget about it. (not recommended)

Play, ironically, depressing music, mope about in my misery for a while and get it all out of my system. Eventually, I realize how pathetic I'm acting and snap out of it. Works pretty well.

Talk to my best friend.

Practice climbing.

Cook.

Write (this usually fails as I look at what I make, grumble and delete it all)

I mainly just ait in my room like im doing right now and listen to old music if my friend isn't availible.

Music, and write. I make my best stories when I'm down. I also remember that people tend to deal, so no I shouldn't be bummed for long

I usually play some games online with a friend or two. Failing that, I read for a bit or watch TV/Youtube (The Yogscast in particular. If they can't cheer you up, you have no soul.). Anything to get my mind off whatever is bumming me out works, really.

I'll watch a TON of youtube and I'll listen to music. I can't talk to friends because if I'm upset I have to be alone. I'm a loner anyway so I usually hang out by myself anyway. But yeah, music and a ton of youtube videos.

I listen to music and drink tea. It's relaxing, and if the music is upbeat it's perfect.

EDIT: Oh, and the Cheezburger Network, there's loadsa lulz there.
