I just got Safari, and it helps. A lot. It's much better than google chrome, for me at least.

I like Firefox but its bloatware. It uses up a lot of resources to run. My main browser is Opera, being my second favorite.

Chrome because I'm a fan of minimalism.

And yes, I realise I could skin FF and get the same thing but that requires far too much effort.

Chrome. It used to be Firefox, but ever since FF5, it's been crashing randomly. Since starting to use Chrome, I've grown to love it. I like the minimal interface, and it's extremely fast.

I use Opera, mainly as a form of self-mutilation.

I'd probably switch to Chrome(ium) if I could bloody get my menu bar... Choice, Google, it's a wonderful thing.

My browsing habits haven't been in line with Firefox for a few years now, but I still use it as my main browser at work.

Safari belongs with Internet Explorer 6 as far as "stupid things your browser should never do" is concerned. Really Apple? Having files automatically download with no option of disabling it? Did you ever think that was a good idea, really? I mean security experts were telling you to fix that for years and you did absolutely nothing until after MacDefender and even then you took your sweet little time to get off your ass and in the meantime MacDefender spread.

that is perhaps the most specific emote I have yet seen.

I am using fire fox at the moment, I remember back when it first came out it was leaps and bounds beyond the rest, but now its okay. its faster loading web pages but it has annoying updates which are not compatable with my anti virus and today the browser would not open for some reason and I had to dig out enternet explorer.exe

lately I don't favor any browser though, they all have an advantage but also each has a critical flaw that makes them irritating. I switched to fire fox because you tube told me that fire fox (or chrome) were better suited browsers for uploading videos.

Firefox right now. If I were that worried about some insignificant amount of "resources" being used I'd use Internet Explorer.

I use Opera. A browser game called Tribal Wars got me into that browser, and I've been using it ever since!

EDIT: @OP, maybe have a poll?

I always use firefox because I like being able to customize and the addons are really useful although it's gone downhill since the v5 update because it freezes up randomly now.

I like Chrome. Don't really use apps, so I can't comment on the pro's and cons of each. I just like it because it is fast.
