For me, it is my EW character's combat armor reinforced full set + rebreather combo

It makes him look high-tech, but without the fatness-look of t-51b power armor or something

Chinese Stealth Armor with the Ranger Combat Helmet... or 1st recon Beret.

Old-school combat armor + helmet.
Too... Awesome...

T-45d Power Armor is my favorite.
t-51b and Remnants armor may be better but are a real eyesore.

Can never go wrong with Remnants Power Armor for the strength bonus and DT, with 1st Recon beret for added perception and bonus critical damage, and finally top it off with authority glasses for the style.

THIS^ It looks sick, like a generals hat, and it also covers that weird lumpy thing at the back of the head.

Benny's suit, Authority glasses and Pre-war Hat.

Sadly, there isn't a lot of clothing for us console players in New Vegas.
I'm really looking forward to some DLC because of it.
That's one of things I hope they really address in Fallout 4, having an abundance of clothing so you can REALLY REALLY REALLY customize your PC's clothing, without feeling like your using something a million othe people are using (or simply just because your tired of your PC wearing the same clothes everyday..)

I like wearing the Chinese Stealth Suit, a Combat Helmet Reinforced Mark 2, and the rebreather. Makes you look like some sort of pilot. Not sure what my favorite armor combo is, but that one's definitely up there.

For wandering the wasteland: Wasteland Wanderer Outfit (duh), Old Cowboy Hat, Authority Glasses

For combat: Recon Armor, 1st Recon beret, Authority Glasses

For cruising the strip: Benny's Suit, Tuxedo hat, Authority Glasses

Formal or casual wear, rattan cowboy hat and authority glasses. Either you've got the weapons to kill the enemy or you haven't and light wear allows you to move faster and looks better in screenshots.

(Sometimes wear rad suits)

Advanced PA helmet and Advanced PA armour . Mostly I wear van graff combat armour and hats I come across.

Currently I have these with a common theme of hippy wasteland chick / raider or merc for female, and outdoor scavs for guys.

Hippy, Boomer suit / Khan outfit / Merc charmer with Aviation or Sun glasses, and a Bandana / headwrap.

Merc, Any leather, Raider badlands ( fits the Afrika campaign feel to NV's NCR troopers imo ) or Merc Veteren or any other, with rebreather and Beret swapping to first recon beret for tougher fights.

Raider, Raider, Leather, or my favourite Metal / advanced metal armour, eye wear and either helmets / head gear or fallen NCR officers berets as trophies.

Male Scavs, I go for Trader, wasteland or prewar spring outfits, with the beekeeper hat or some other suitable gear for role purposes.

Male soldiers combat / NCR armour, or merc grunt / wasteland surgeon garb, and armoured helmets.

Bounty Hunter Duster, Slave Scarf and a pair of shades.

Mine would probably be Bounty Hunters duster, Sheriffs hat, and authority glasses.

Van-Graff Combat Armor and a Ranger Helmet. When I go to Vault 34 then I wear an Advanced Radiation Suit.

I started an energy weapons playthrough before the patch so I've been running around in mah PJs and slippahs the whole time. Gotta love the +1 luck/+10 speech.

Space Suit plus Desperado Cowboy Hat.

What, why are you looking at me like that? Never heard the term "space cowboy" before?

Ranger Casual/Red Scarf/Vest Outfit for the Guns character, usually with Roving Trader Hat. (I change outfits each time he sleeps at home in Novac.) Dapper Gambler Suit when hanging in casinos.

Handyman Jumpsuit/RobCo Jumpsuit/Vault 3 Utility Jumpsuit for the Energy Weapons character, with Roving Trader Hat or 1st Recon Beret. I like my scientists looking like they get their hands dirty.

I prefer funning around the wastes in my undies.

I love wearing the reinforced leather armour. Can't remember if its called reinforced leather or metal.
