What's your SMART Button?

Title say's it all really.

What button (besides the Default given), do you use? (If you do a Custom Layout). I'm going to say i'm on X360 now to avoid confusion later.

I've been tinkering with the fact this game actually HAS Custom Controller Layouts that you can ticker to your liking. Other games that did this well was Fallout and Half-Life. (At least that i've played..)

At first I tried out using "A" as my SMART... but that kept forcing me to remove my fingers from my thumbsticks just to hit it. Which was making movement all entirely really clanky after awhile lol. Hell, I thought that the SMART button WAS going to be A when the game was released. I was wrong lol.

Now, don't get me wrong LB isn't bad, pretty much the "perfect" spot in it's layout to utilize SMART effectively. Lately, i've been using the Left Thumbstick for "SMART/Sprint", and the Right Thumbstick for my "Crouch/Slide". Basically putting my "movement" mapped buttons with... well my MOVEMENT sticks lol.

And now LB is my "Buff/Revive", and B becomes "Melee" (which is very comfortable for me cause I play Halo alot).

Only thing i've noticed is that pretty much any other button besides LB for SMART, makes it kind've clunky when trying to climb things you could easily climb before. But im sure it's just me needing to get more used to it.

So, after my giant book of a rant above, what do you use as YOUR SMART Button if you do use a Custom layout?

I have it as L2, the default for PS3. I just swapped grenade to Circle, crouch/slide to Triangle, and swap weapons to R2.

I always manually "smart" and want sprint on my left stick so there it sits unused...my thumbs never have to leave my sticks for any movement or shooting.
