im having an i guess texture issue?
anyhow i can see though everything and there are small shadow like black squares

does anyone know what happened or how to fix this?

Disable anti-aliasing in Skyrim, or roll back your graphics drivers. The current drivers for AMD/ATI, 12.2 (will report as 12.3 in the CCC), are borked and will result in corruption/artifacts like this.

AMD is aware of it and will have a fix in the next driver release. Until then, you can disable AA or revert back to an older driver.
