Spears, Haleberds, crossbows, katanas, pauldrons, leg pieces, bigger shields, creature variety, length of quest lines, factions, vampire quests, Umbra, arena, terrain diversity, city diversity, attributes, birth sign, racial/six bonuses, spell crafting, rare weapons that are better than an iron dagger you can craft 2 hours into the game, weapon/armor repair, luck, quest journal, faction questlines that don't have you as the saver of the world, mortal and pestle, slaughterfish, each race having a unique voice, difficulty, etc.
Dozens more but I think this is enough.
