Whats with the hiding? : V

does anyone know why the forsworn I'm fighting keep running away and hiding in their tents with their arms over their heads? (and still shouting 'is that all youve got')

I notice when NPCs take too much damage they try to yield by fleeing. I don't fall for it. Because the first time I put my weapon away when an NPC fled they attacked me as soon as I turned to walk away.

Ah see i would possibley have that problem as well if i wasnt an overkill >.< submit i still kill yeww

I also tried to let them yield, maybe let somebody live.. for once..
I went up to them weapons sheathed.
And suddenly I find an axe being swung at my head..

No wonder the guards do it to me all the time.
