It's still in certification and out of Beth's hands.

Only $ony and M$ know. They have a certification process (like windows WHQL) which basically comes down to others having to pay them money for doing nothing than releasing the stuff on their consoles a while later. It's like interest from interest, it making something out of nothing, what alchemists and now scientists continuously failed at since humans left the caves.
