I'm a bit confused on the release date of OWB and was wondering if someone could clear this up for me.

Is it released this Friday (8th July) or is it released on the 19th july. I've seen a lot of people on these forums saying its the 19th but the steam news bulletins say its the 8th??

anyway if someone could tell me it would be appreciated
