So as seen from forums some quests are still glitch in 1.4.

When can we expect next fix? I really want to play game without worry about clearing some cave would break some quests.

Also why just not make all quest items weightless? Of course it is unrealistic, but pretty normal with dragons, magic and dovahkiin carrying 300kg of equipment in background.

It hasn't even been announced yet. Until then, its existence is wild speculation.

Quest items are weightless. They do show their normal non-quest weight but ignore it.

Once the CK is out, modders will be able to fix quests easilly.

Really? the 1.4 patch only just came out and your asking when the 1.5 patch is coming out?

If I had to guess based on previous patches, I would have to say that, if there is another significant (large) patch, it will probably come out in about 3 months. If 1.4 has broken something that matters to Bethesda, you can expect a patch in about 2-3 weeks.

In the meantime, the reason the CK is so important, and why the delay of the CK was so heinous , was mentioned above. The modders will fix all of the soft problems that Bethesda will never fix. The longer Bethesda delays the CK, the longer we have to wait for fixes.

People will continue to ask for patches until the game works as intended.

Of course, as no piece of software as complex and popular as Skyrim will ever work "as intended" for every user, people will continue wanting patches until they move on to another game.
