I put an Experienced Necromancer into whiterun and two Giants into Falcreath

I think you need to stay away from those respective cells for 10 in-game days?

What do you mean by "ressurect"? The only way a corpse is ressurected is when someone uses some form of raise dead spell on them (or you can use ressurect from console). If you are talking about respawning, as many mobs do, when they respawn, it will be in a specific location, not dependent on where their corpse was left.

At least, that is how it works in every other game I've played where mobs respawn.

Skyrim is special apparently and enemies respawn where they died
