When will we get options to remarry? more marriage options!

I'm really wanting a patch/something that makes it so we can divorce our husband/wife and remarry someone else. To remarry, you'd have to do a quest for the temple of Mara or something, instead of just saying "we should split up" and have that be the end of it.

I would also seriously PAY for more marriage options. I would pay to have Brynjolf as a husband.
It would be really nice if there were 1 or 3 options for Khajiit marriage options, wood elves, etc. Those who don't have a same-race marriage option. I'd love it if my Khajiit could marry Kharjo.

You're probably already aware of this, but on the PC you can get married as many times as you want and to whomever you want with the use of console commands.

EDIT: You say you would pay for more marriage candidates like Brynjolf. Maybe pay for a PC and another copy of Skyrim and you'll have your chance. Lol  I'm just joking.

Unfortunately you're stuck with one spouse per character for the duration of Skyrim. I'm not too interested in being able to divorce and remarry, but having more marriage candidates would definitely be nice. Perhaps more Khajiit and Argonian choices as well.

Doubt they'll ever allow divorce, and I don't think they should let you remarry if you were involved in your spouse's death.

However, I would like the following things to be done to expand marriage:

1. Expand the number of people you can marry (at least 6 of each race, 3 of each gender). I really want to marry Ingun Black-Briar with one of my characters.
2. Make it so your spouse isn't stripped of their personality after you tie the not.
3. Allow your spouse to leave the house, rather than being shut indoors all the time.
4. Marriage allows you to enable your spouse as a follower, even if they originally weren't, and ideally in a separate slot than your regular follower, animals, or conjured things.

You are able to kill your spouse...but other than with Console Commands, you cannot remarry. I believe that the game is fine telling you to make a choice in marriage and not jump from spouse to spouse. Men and Mer are supposed to be monogamous species, there is no set mating season
