Since they fixed the loading problems in Obliv will they fix the issues in Skyrim? Im sure its the caching or something any ideas?

Unless they are cutting down what the game needs to load when you enter/exit or decrease your save file size, load issues probably wont change too much. Its usually based on whats needed to be loaded before the game can complete the script when entering/exiting
