For those of you that enjoyed the first video (without music), skip to 1:02 for the Whiterun Guard. I removed the original video to keep them from getting confused.

I have no idea why they did that, it happened on one occasion when random citizens of Skyrim decided to become rappers, and I used no mods to do this. Once a lady glitched and started spinning on the ground like a break dancing pro; I tried to re-create it.. 40 minutes later I still couldn't get her to do that again.....

Your video made me laugh.

The rapping animation is used in the pubs. Usually npcs have a mug in their hand and enter that animation while enjoying a bard song. For whatever reason you've found people doing it outside
