I cant find my hot rod buggy, my double barrel shotty, my armor, ect......so where is it at? what the heck

If you entered the code you get the items at various times. The only thing that I've obtained so far is the Double Barrel Shotgun and that was in my inventory when I got the first handgun.

You get the shotgun when you first get the pistol.
