I have done all those special town jobs for theives guild, and I have been wondering where are their locations?
I know the girl in windhelm thats a fence,
In markath this guy,
But what about solitude,whiterun?
Where are the fences? I spend most time in solitude so i would like to know.

Solitude and Whiterun Fences are unlocked as you progress through the main questline of the Thieves' Guild.

Solitude its that Argonian you had to follow
Whiterun its the guy who takes over the meadery
