ok so iv played skyrim for about 100 hours plus and i have become a werewolve and done a few quests involving them but have not come across any randomly out and about, are their any???

i ramdomly come across vampires, outside as well as in caves etc but werewolves dont seem to wonder or attack like dragons? is this normal or have i yet to see this, i just fort it would be great to be wandering and a werewolf attack me or at night in whiterun hear screams as one rampages through the town, or even come across a lair of them sleeping and get violated buy their claws, i understand their ppl who like me can turn but their must be some who cant turn back maybe cursed ones or those who prefer to hunt at night and kill ppl? maybe a dlc of this would be cool, maybe i have missed this and its in the game but anyone notice a lack of this?

I think all werewolves are quest specific. So are dremora and a few other creatures.
