Where to begin...

***NOTE TO POSTERS, be a lil vague, no reason to outright spoil the game for those of us interested in others having the same issue.***

Game: Fallout: New Vegas
System: XBOX 360 Elite (original, not slim)

Issues I have experienced:

Problems got WORSE after "Patch".

Total of 8 system hard locks, requiring power cycling.
-A couple when loading levels
-A couple when explosions happen
-A couple during combat
-Others just random

Broken quests, where an NPC doesn't follow you as they should, disappears, then shows up again after you reenter the area again a few times. Specifically the Dino Sniper.

A Companion would stop following me after a certain quest, then reappear later, and act as if I had wanted to talk to her when I get near.

Companions run off into combat when NOT in aggressive mode, possibly due to the Eyebot.
-This makes stealth and playing the way I play extremely difficult.
-Finally had her go wait for me, and found another companion to fix the problem.

When you find something, or gain an XP bonus of some kind, and happen to have been opening your PipBoy and exit back to the screen, any and all text is gone, so you have no idea what just happened.

When you gain a level, sometimes it can take several minutes for the dialog to come up, even when not in danger.

The game is JUMPY, dropping frames constantly. Either the game is overdriving hardware, not caching correctly, not swapping efficiently, or the engine has some serious issues.

MAJOR screen tearing and artifact issues ALL over the place...look at the inside of McCarran Terminal for an example of this.

Physics are broken all over the place with objects floating on tables after you pick up a single item.

VATS will non sensically pause and allow a creature to run up to you, especially when throwing grenades, causing you to then bomb yourself.

A hold over from Fallout 3, why can I not cancel a potentially deadly or unwanted action chosen in VATS? (not a bug, just a design question)

I could not sell a set of Combat Armor to the Gun Runners...but then could sell another identical suit to them. The robot would not even SEE it in my inventory.

Issue with Orris just standing there in the middle of the street in the middle of the quest...lame...ended up shooting him to see what happened...and ended the quest other than the way I wanted to...

Your suggestion to people to revert to prior save games as a fix harkens back to the days of Sierra adventure games from the 90s...that is purely shameful design work.

We are DIE HARD fans of this franchise, and do not at all feel as though you are taking these issues seriously.

I LOVE the game, WHEN it works, and doesn't anger me with nonsensical issues that were the reason I moved to console gaming in the first place. As the PC used to be plagued with these issues.

It is a virtual impossibility that these issues did not show during QA/Play testing...you should be ashamed of yourselves for publishing this title with SO MANY glitches...SO many franchise games never shipped with issue like these...

It is my hope that a huge patch comes soon, and some sort of DLC to reward the loyal fan base for enduring this level of pain........

Thanks for listening, I hope...I would be willing to let you pull a log from my system as to these issues...
