I am doing some quest to bring him a horse, but I have no idea where this guy is. Anyone know where he is located? Thanks.

To the north west of the Black Briar lodge. A marker should appear on the map once you get the horse and the lineage papers.

He's most likely standing in the biggest critter spawn area in all of Skyrim.
I've had bears, trolls, dragons, Thalmor agents and angry bandits rush in and go APE right in front of him.

I already got the horse for him and now he is waist deep in the ground outside Whiterun Stables.

Haha, I have had him stuck in the ground outside of Whiterun for quite some time too. Reminds me of those Snickers commericals where the slogan was "Not going anywhere for awhile?". Last night he finally showed up as a complete body above ground, although he is still just loitering there. You'd think after being stuck for that long he would want to move around and stretch his legs a little.

I read a lot of comments about this guy and hoe people find him. Is there a bug that affects him or the quest?

Me, too, only there are 3 of him....2 are standing and one is waist deep in the ground. Funny

That guy hired an off to kill Frost after I double crossed him. My question is, can you find Louis after the fact? Cause, I'd like to put an arrow through his eye.

I double crossed Letrush, and he was taken care of by Maven's hireling. Then he showed up chest deep outside of Whiterun. Then he cloned himself, and stood next to the buried one. At that point, I shouted at him to dislodge him. It worked, but he got angry and attacked me, along with that dog next to the Pilgrim standing near the wagon. At that point, the guards started attacking the Letrush clones and the dog. It ended with one dead dog, two dead letrushes, including one decapitated. I am afraif he will come back again, however.

in my game there are 7 of him. 1 of him goes hostile and gets a beatdown from the other 6. being essential, he doesn't die, he just goes into the submission pose. once he's rested he gets back up and it all starts all over again.

LOL I had triplets of him standing in front of the Whiterun stables, well one was stuck in the ground. I also shouted at him and all three flew in different directions, then he went berserk and attacked me hahahaha The Whiterun guards took him down, but he was marked essential in my game and never died! None of his clones died!

Oh and the location where he's standing, I once fought vampires there and yea wolves and spiders. ugh I also had a stray dog come to my help hahahaha

• I think this happens to everyone. I have a couple of them as well. It doesn't matter which way you conclude the quest because he (and his clones) just don't die. I just did the Battle For Whiterun quest and he was just right there in the middle of the mayhem asking 'Can I help you?" lol

It doesn't really affect anything though. It just looks funny. If you notice.....the one stuck in the ground looks like he's still sitting on Frost as he looks to be holding the rope still. I think the problem is not him....but the horse itself. Where is Frost after this quest?

Yeah, but it's not a game breaking or quest breaking bug. It's actually kind of funny and doesn't effect anything else in the game.

There's three of them stood outside Whiterun stables, might do some pickpocketing later, they've usually got some good stuff on them.
