Where can I find numerous skeletons to reanimate?

Post » Wed Jun 06, 2012 8:34 am

I need skeletons, lots of skeletons... For my... research. Of course, for research!

You know, the skeletons that for some reason don't break when you kill them, the ones that you can reanimate with zombie spells. Labyrinthian has seven or eight by the front entrance but I need more.

Where can I find large numbers of skeletons to revive?

I thought all skeletons broke when you killed them.

Sorry can't help you, me being the Paladin type that crushes Nercomages and their evil spawn they summon.

What about Shroud Hearth Barrow north-east of Ivarstead? IIRC, that dungeon has one room with eight to ten skeletons. There is/was a pool of oil that covers most of the floor of that room.

I remember there being a room right before the fight with Potema that was littered with bodies. I've always wondered if I would use the standing stone that raises undead in that room what would happen.

Oddly enough, some of them don't Usually it's the ones you find on the ground that are already dead.

There's a pit full of skeletons under the mage's college. Not sure if they are the type you are looking for or not. But given they are laying about, quite dead, I suspect they might be.

Tried 'em, there are a lot of bones there but none are intact. Two that attack you but they shatter on death.

I checked that room just now and it is full of Dragur, only four of whom can be revived.

I only found a few live skeletons there but they all also broke on death.

I'm up to 13 resurrect-able skeletons so far in my legion.
