Where can I find the imperial horsemanspartan helmet?

Does anybody know where I can find the horseman/Spartan thingy variant of the imperial helmet?

These are the locations I've discovered them in so far.

1. On Talos shrine, south east of Froki's Shack.
2. In the East empire warehouse, in the storage chamber just before the caged door exit to Brinewater Grotto.
