Where can I go to Kill some Thalmor? >:) : V

I hate those guys, but I think their outfits are cool. I want to give one of their outfits to my follower. Where can I kill some of these guys?

They occur randomly outside of the towns.

the first crossroad down from helgen. take a left. passed a bandit camp is a shrine of thalos. ugly things happened there. dead thalmor to be found.

That's funny I was going to ask the same thing. I hate them too. BUT if I kill them will any of the Holds 'hold' it against me? (bounties/jail time) or will just the Thalmor?

Open a dialog with them first.

You might also try right clicking on their prisoner.
