Where did the Shreif go? : Fallout: New Vegas

Hey Guys,

I'm new to the forums and I didn't see anything posted on this topic, but forgive me if this questions has been asked already.

Basically I went to go get a pardon from the NRC for the Shreif that is in the NCRCF. So I go talk to the guy, he asks for the pardon. I paid the 200 caps to get the pardon from the NCR dude at the outpost. When I go back to the NCRCF he is not there!? Is this a bug? Or does he decide to go to Primm himself? I went to Primm looking around for this guy, and was not able to find him. So help! Any advice would be appreciated.

Once you agree to get a pardon for him, he takes off to Primm. He should be there waiting for you.

Make sure you have your quest set to "My kind of town". That should give you a compass marker to help locate the Sheriff.

He's by the gas station close to the Deputy's house.

he might still be in NCRCF. Have you told him he is pardoned? I recal having to go back and forth doing that one until I figured out what was up. I haven't seen or heard any bugs there...
