Where do I find thefree downloadable Skyrim 1.3 patch? : V

I've looked in Steam and through Google. Can only find purchasable downloads. I can't even find patch 1.1 or 1.2 that do not feed me to McAfee ads or other such bunk.

Skyrim gets patched automatically by steam, unless you have that setting disabled.

Patches cannot be downloaded. (from legitimate sources)
