mabey im wrong but cant you go left from building to building? on your mini map i see a way to go to that building infront of you.

completed it while i go so i can be wrong

Go left from where you are through a window with an HMG on it, I think. Go up the stairs and jump down through the hole in the wall to other building.

Edit: actually, you have to tag this ship with your visor. Open the visor, tag it with "F", and then move left through the window to other building.

This is why no one can be taken seriously on this forum, it's clearly explained to you when you get there but still we have threads like this.

run and jump in a window on left side out of that view. The one that with machine gun in the window.

hehe i had a similar problem further in the park before you go to the "last boss" =D
