I spent like half an hour searching camp whatever both at night and at day and he's nowhee to be found. I must say this is one of the dumbest missions i've seen in the fallout series due to the camp being a sprawling mess of NPCs walking everywhere and not being given a quest marker for it. I figured he woul show up in the OR in the tent, but he never comes there it seems. I guess that would make too much sense.

Hmmmm. time to use the quest complete console cheat, eh? terrible mission.
