I know most of you have seen that beautiful concept art of the eel with his arms outstretched as if in mid-flight. Very inspiring.... however I was disappointed to discover that no such article of clothing exists on any of the Security archetypes. So am I missing something here or is this just another case of hype and false advertising? Are there any unlockable clothing pieces that aren't tied to any existing archetype?

The concept art/advertisemant had him wearing a hood similar to the anger. It was probably removed to prevent confusion in-game.

It's there. If you look at the eel jacket you can see it. Its just not up and over your head unfortunately..
