Continue through the main quest, you'll get there pretty close to the start of the storyline actually.

They're is a few side-quests to do there too, As well as a Companion,

im at the last mission

i havnt done much exploring because traveling is a pain in the ass with invisa walls blocking the faster routes an all that fun stuff

i think so....i just went through freeside, helped the king to get my free ticket to the strip ;D

There is NO WAY EVER that you followed the Main Quest and missed Novac. One of the objective markers is smack in the middle of Novac and that dinosaur is perty impressive

Or you're trolling. Or you didn't do the main quest line, you managed to skip half of it by just going to vegas and meeting Benny (which I would suppose would work since you could skip in FO3 too)
